Other Skills

Software: Flash, After Effects, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Premiere, Dreamweaver. Some experience with 3d Studio MAX.

I was trained as a traditional 2D animator (pencils and paper) at Central St Martins.

Good spoken French - in 2005 I attended a workshop at La Poudrière Animation Film School in order to translate (English-French) between the students and Estonian filmmaker Priit Parn who was running the week-long workshop in Designing Narrative.

Prior to 1998 I worked as a cook at Rick Stein’s Seafood Restaurant in Padstow, Cornwall and at Fatboy’s Diner in various locations in London. I then worked as a cocktail bartender at the Atlantic Bar and Grill and the Doghouse in Soho. I also organised the Lobster Club; regular music/arts events around South London and co-edited and published Half-Baked Magazine and Lobster Press to coincide with the events.
