Excited to be attending the IATA World Safety & Operations Conference next week. It’s always inspiring to see how airlines, while competitors in many areas, never compete on safety. Our industry truly exemplifies collaboration, constantly sharing knowledge and best practices to ensure the highest levels of safety for both customers and crew.I’m also honored to be a speaker in the Cabin Operations track, discussing American Airlines’ approach to extended reality in flight attendant training. I’ll share insights on how virtual reality has improved our competency-based training program and lessons learned in our XR journey. Looking forward to connecting and learning from everyone attending!#IATAWSOC#CabinSafety

Are you like me when it comes to flying?Worried I will miss my flight, I like to arrive with lots of time. It's so stressful when it's super busy at security, but even more frustrating is when the flight is delayed.Did you know how crucial IT is for these airlines and airports, and how it can impact your experience?Aeroporti di Roma spoke about this last year at Innovate in Barcelona, and Air France-KLM will talk about how they are leveraging observability tools to make your flight less stressful. There are still some spots for you to join, but registration will probably close soon: https://lnkd.in/e_TNKnYc
